For buyers.

No buyer marketplace fee. Pay the listed card price, shipping charge, and any applicable tax shown before payment.

For sellers.

DesksList charges 2% of the card price. That percentage does not apply to shipping. The shipping amount is retained by DesksList to pay for the marketplace label. Stripe processing and any applicable Connect charges are separate.

For a $25 card, the marketplace fee is $0.50. Your estimated proceeds are the card price less that fee and payment processing. Shipping collected from the buyer pays for the label and is not seller proceeds.

Shipping.

US states and DC only. Save your return address and measured package size in your account. After confirmed payment, DesksList creates your label. View, print, and download it from the order page. Pack securely and ship within three business days.

DesksList selects USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Tracking updates appear on the order page. Insurance beyond the service's included coverage is not added by this integration. A sleeve alone is not a shipping plan.

Refunds.

Report issues through your order page. Administrators can initiate a full payment refund. Unused labels can be voided separately; postage refunds depend on the carrier.
